Ushul News – Ciputat – The Leadership of the Faculty of Ushuluddin UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta warmly welcomed the visit of the delegation from the Islamic Institute (IAI) Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan. This visit was in the context of benchmarking the improvement of institutional management of the Al-Quran and Tafsir Study Program of the Faculty of Ushuluddin IAI Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan regarding the implementation of the Curriculum, improving Human Resources (HR) and exploring several collaborations. The IAI Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan delegation consisting of the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin IAI Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan Siti Fatimah, M.A, Head of the Al-Quran and Tafsir Study Program Tri Tami Gunarti, M.Hum, 1 lecturer and 8 students who were happily received by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Media Zainul Bahri, M.A, Vice Dean for General Administration Dr. Lilik Ummi Kaltsum, M.A, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Cooperation and Alumni Dr. Eva Nugraha, M.A, accompanied by the Heads of Study Programs and Secretaries of the Faculty of Ushuluddin UIN Jakarta in the FU Meeting Room, 4th Floor.

Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Media Zainul Bahri, M.A, in his speech said that his party was pleased with the visit that could strengthen the relationship between the two faculties

"We are happy to welcome students and Ladies and Gentlemen from the Al-Quran and Tafsir Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin IAI Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan. We are also open to opportunities for collaboration that encourage our joint role in the Tridharma of Higher Education, especially if students are interested in continuing their S2 studies at FU UIN Jakarta," said Prof. Media.

In line with that, the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Cooperation and Alumni, Dr. Eva Nugraha, M.A also offered several collaboration opportunities that could possibly be realized.

"There are many things that can be collaborated on, such as Student Mobility, Visiting Lecture, KKN on Campus, seminars, short courses, and lecturer research," she said.

The Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin IAI Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan, Siti Fatimah, M.A said that UIN Jakarta is a prestigious higher education institution in Indonesia that offers a variety of excellent study programs.

"We are here to learn many things related to the MBKM Curriculum, exploring academic (scientific) collaboration, collaboration on article publications, collaboration on academic activities such as hybrid classes, short courses, seminars, Student Mobility. We also want to share about streamlining the curriculum, 144 credits and how students can graduate in semester 7," she explained.

He continued, the Faculty of Ushuluddin UIN Jakarta is an ideal choice for students to develop their potential holistically, as well as continue their Masters education here.

"Hopefully, this visit can produce opportunities for cooperation that can be established between us and the Faculty of Ushuluddin UIN Jakarta, especially in achieving the goals of improving institutional management, implementing the Curriculum, improving Human Resources (HR) and exploring several collaborations," he added.
