FU Online, Monday (26/5/2025), held at the Prof. Dr. Bahtiar Effendy Auditorium, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, a total of 178 Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) Phase I Formation of 2024 at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta were officially inaugurated. The inauguration ceremony was held and took place solemnly and warmly.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by a number of leaders at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, starting from the Chancellor, Vice Chancellors, Heads of Bureaus, Deans, Postgraduate Directors, Heads of Institutions, Heads of SPI, Heads of Sections, Heads of Sub-Sections and Heads of Work Teams.

This inauguration was held simultaneously offline and online in all work units of the Ministry of Religion. The Ministry of Religion inaugurated 71,010 Employees where this PPPK inauguration was one of the largest PPPK inaugurations at the Ministry of Religion. Meanwhile, at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta itself, 178 employees were inaugurated, consisting of 22 educators and 156 education staff spread across UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta work units, both in the rectorate, faculties and other work units. This inauguration refers to the Decree of the Minister of PANRB Number 329 of 2024 concerning the Determination of PPPK Needs in Government Agencies for the 2024 Fiscal Year and the Letter of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religion Number: P-1111/SJ/B.II/KP.00.1/05/2025 dated May 9, 2025 concerning the Inauguration of PPPK Phase I Formation in 2024 within the Ministry of Religion. The inauguration ceremony was preceded by a report from the Secretary General of the Ministry of Religion represented by the Head of the Ministry of Religion's Human Resources Bureau, Wawan Djunaedi, which was continued with remarks from the Head of the State Civil Service Agency, Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, S.H.,M.H, and remarks from the Deputy Minister of PAN RB, Purwadi Arianto.

The Minister of Religion in his remarks gave a message to the newly inaugurated ASN to serve the community like angels because the background of the Ministry of Religion is white like the religion they adhere to. "The success of the Ministry of Religion is not only seen from how far it follows the legislation but the closer it is to the adherents of the religion they adhere to, the more successful the role of the Ministry of Religion is," he said.

After the oath-taking which was carried out nationally by the Minister of Religion, the event continued with an internal event at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. In his remarks, Plt. Head of the AUK Bureau of UIN Jakarta, Drs. H Teguh Sarwono, M.Si said that today's inauguration was a very long and winding process, and full of struggles involving many parties which ultimately brought us to this happy day. Furthermore, Teguh conveyed as directed by the Minister of Religion, that the policy of the Ministry of Religion for the procurement of PPPK candidates for the 2024 formation is specifically and intended for the completion of non-ASN employees who have served in the Ministry of Religion, especially at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, both non-ASN lecturers, education staff to positions that have been occupied by non-ASN to fill the PPPK formation of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

The Chancellor of UIN Jakarta, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D in his remarks said that the performance of the PPPK who had been inaugurated today should not decline, but must be better than before, the Chancellor advised two things, namely that the PPPK must work with discipline and work must be based on outcomes. The Chancellor hopes that after this inauguration all PPPK can work as well as possible, where the 4 focuses that are being carried out by UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, starting from green campus, digitalization, bureaucratic reform and business independence. At the end of his speech, the Chancellor congratulated and congratulated the PPPK Phase I UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Formation Year 2024, good luck working and carrying out your duties with full trust and responsibility.
