Retirement of Administrative Staff: Appreciation for Mr. Salam’s Service

Jakarta, FU Online News – The Faculty of Ushuluddin held a retirement ceremony for an administrative staff member, Mr. Salam, who has served as the State Property Manager (BMN) on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at the Meeting Room of the Faculty of Ushuluddin.

The event was conducted solemnly and warmly, attended by the Dean, Vice Deans, Heads of Study Programs (Kaprodi), Secretaries of Study Programs (Sekprodi), as well as all administrative and support staff within the Faculty of Ushuluddin.

In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin expressed his highest appreciation for the dedication and service rendered by Mr. Salam throughout his tenure. He emphasized that Mr. Salam’s contributions have not only impacted the management of state-owned assets but also supported the overall operational effectiveness of the faculty.

The event continued with the delivery of impressions and messages representing various elements of the faculty. The speakers included:

  1. Head of Administration of the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Farida Andriani, S.E., M.M
  2. Representative of Heads of Study Programs, Lisfa Sentosa Aisyah, M.A.
  3. Representative of administrative staff, Nurhidayat, S.Pd.I.

In their remarks, all representatives expressed their gratitude for Mr. Salam’s cooperation, exemplary conduct, and integrity during his years of service. The atmosphere became lively with laughter, especially when the administrative staff representative shared memorable and humorous moments experienced while working together with Mr. Salam, adding warmth and closeness among the attendees.

On the same occasion, Mr. Salam delivered his farewell speech filled with emotion and gratitude. He expressed his sincere thanks to the leadership and the entire academic community of the Faculty of Ushuluddin for the togetherness, support, and cooperation throughout his service.

He shared that during his role as State Property Manager, he gained valuable experiences and lessons, both professionally and personally. He also conveyed his apologies for any shortcomings or mistakes during his service.

Furthermore, Mr. Salam advised all members of the academic community to continue learning and developing themselves in order to face future challenges and improve performance within the faculty. He also expressed his hope that the Faculty of Ushuluddin will continue to grow into an outstanding institution while maintaining the spirit of togetherness and teamwork that has been built.

In closing, he asked for prayers for good health and the opportunity to continue contributing to society. He also affirmed that although he has entered retirement, his relationship with the Faculty of Ushuluddin family will remain strong.

The event concluded with the presentation of a token of appreciation and a collective prayer for Mr. Salam’s health and blessings in his retirement.
