Officially Inaugurated, 2026 Student Organization Leaders of the Faculty of Ushuluddin Ready to Uphold Their Mandate

Jakarta, FU Online News — The Faculty of Ushuluddin, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, held the Inauguration Ceremony of the 2026 Student Organizations (Ormawa) Board on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, starting at 08:00 AM, at the H.A.R. Partosentono Theater Room. The event marked an important milestone in the leadership transition of student organizations within the Faculty of Ushuluddin.

The ceremony was attended by the faculty board members, Heads of Study Programs, and Secretaries of Study Programs, reflecting a strong institutional commitment to student organizational development.

The reading of the official decree and the inauguration process were led by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Partnerships, and Alumni, Dr. Aktobi Ghozali, M.A. Through this ceremony, the newly appointed board members were formally entrusted with their leadership responsibilities for the upcoming term.

The event continued with remarks and guidance from the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Prof. Ismatu Ropi, M.A., Ph.D. In his address, he emphasized the importance of integrity, responsibility, and collaboration in managing student organizations. He highlighted that student organizations serve not only as platforms for self-actualization but also as arenas for leadership training, organizational management, and community engagement that shape students into future Muslim intellectuals contributing to society.

The ceremony also included the official handover from the 2025 Student Organization Board to the 2026 Board, symbolizing continuity and sustainability of organizational programs and commitments.

Representing the elected student organization leaders, Muhammad Dimas Arief expressed his readiness and commitment to strengthening synergy, initiating progressive programs, and enhancing solidarity among student organizations within the Faculty.

The following are the Heads of Student Organizations of the Faculty of Ushuluddin for the 2026 term:

  • SEMA FU (Student Senate): Muhammad Dimas Arief, along with his board members and commissions, will carry out legislative, supervisory, and student advocacy functions at the faculty level.

  • DEMA FU (Student Executive Board): Muhammad Zainin Nufus and his team will coordinate executive student programs and faculty-level student activities.

  • HMPS Qur’anic Studies (IAT): M. Fitrah Khairunnas and his board will develop academic programs and strengthen disciplinary scholarship within the department.

  • HMPS Hadith Studies (IH): Azmi Abdul Aziz and his team are committed to advancing hadith studies and student cadre development.

  • HMPS Sufism Studies (IT): Muhammad Yasin and his board will promote both academic and spiritual development activities.

  • HMPS Islamic Theology and Philosophy (AFI): M. Fahrurrozy and his team will foster critical Islamic thought and academic discourse.

  • HMPS Religious Studies (SAA): Aditya Prayoga and his board will enhance interreligious dialogue, academic discussions, and religious moderation initiatives.

With the inauguration of the new leaders and their respective boards, it is expected that student organizations within the Faculty of Ushuluddin will become more active, innovative, and responsive to students’ needs, while strengthening the faculty’s academic culture and institutional vision.
