133rd Graduation, FU UIN Jakarta Graduates 73 Prospective Graduates
The Faculty of Ushuluddin (FU) UIN Jakarta officially released 73 new graduates who will soon graduate this weekend. The new graduates consist of 14 prospective graduates of the Religious Studies study program, 12 prospective graduates of the Islamic Creed and Philosophy study program, 27 prospective graduates of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science study program, 11 prospective graduates of the Hadith Science study program, 8 prospective graduates of the Sufism study program and this was released at the FU graduation procession which took place in the H.A.R. Partosentono Theater Room FU UIN Jakarta, Thursday, (08/22/2024).
Present at the 133rd Graduation Judicial Ceremony, Dean of FU UIN Jakarta Prof. Ismatu Ropi, M.A., Ph.D, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Media Zainul Bahri, M.A., Vice Dean for General Administration Dr. Lilik Ummi Kaltsum, M.A., Vice Dean for Student Affairs Dr. Eva Nugraha, M.Ag., and the heads of study programs and secretaries of study programs.
On the same occasion, a number of outstanding graduates were also announced, read by Prof. Dr. Media Zainul Bahri, M.A with the highest Cumulative Achievement Index (IPK) where the best graduate from the Hadith Science Study Program who is also the best graduate at FU is Rahma Rizka M. With a GPA of 3.91 with a Cumlaude predicate.
Representing the best graduates, Rahma Rizka M expressed her gratitude to her parents and the entire academic community who have led her to the 133rd graduation and graduation stages. "Grades are not the determinant, that someone is the best, everyone in this room is the best, at least they have done their best for themselves," said Rahma.
Then the speech from the Head of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Ushuluddin (IKALFU) Dr. Neng Dara Affiah, M.Si who hopes that prospective graduates can contribute in providing benefits to younger students such as scholarships. Furthermore, the symbolic awarding of scholarships to FU students. At the end of the event, the Dean of FU UIN Jakarta Prof. Ismatu Ropi, M.A., Ph.D congratulated the prospective graduates.
